Cancellation, Exchange & Refund Policy – Achrangi
We take great care in handcrafting every product at Achrangi, ensuring it meets the highest quality standards before reaching you. Please read the following policies carefully to understand how cancellations, exchanges, and refunds are handled.
Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes sizes might not match perfectly. That’s why we offer a hassle-free exchange process for eligible products within India.
Eligibility for Exchange

Available for domestic orders only (within India).

Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with tags intact and in original packaging.

Bags, home décor, and jewelry are not eligible for exchange unless there's a manufacturing defect.

Color or fabric texture variations will not be considered valid reasons for exchange.
Exchange Request Process

Reach out within 24–48 hours of receiving your order at info@achrangi.com (Mon–Sat, 10AM–6PM).

A processing fee of ₹300 per product applies. Once paid, please share the screenshot via email.

You may also choose to self-ship the product. In that case, we will provide the return address and instructions. Kindly share tracking details after dispatch.

After receiving the item, our team will conduct a quality check. If everything’s in order, your exchange will be delivered 7–10 working days.

Only one exchange per order is allowed. If the desired size is unavailable, we’ll issue a credit note valid for 90 days.
Cancellation Policy
We allow cancellations, but only within a limited time window to ensure timely production and dispatch.
Customer-Initiated Cancellations

You can cancel a prepaid or COD order within 48 hours of placing it.

For prepaid orders, we offer a credit note or you may choose a different item of equal value.

Achrangi-Initiated Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel an order due to:

Stock unavailability

Incorrect product listing

Payment verification issues

Suspected fraud or system errors

In such cases, a full refund will be issued for prepaid orders and a cancellation notification will be sent via email.
Cancellation Charges

If you cancel a prepaid order, payment gateway fees (2–3%) will be deducted from your refund or credit note.
- The Refund amount will be credited with in 7-10 Days working days
Refund Policy
As all our pieces are made-to-order and handcrafted with care, we do not offer returns or refunds after delivery.

All purchases are final.

Sale items or discounted products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Refunds are only applicable in cases where Achrangi cancels the order or in rare cases of manufacturing defects (upon verification).
Credit Notes

Issued credit notes will be sent to your registered email.

They are valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
