At Achrangi, every outfit tells a story — crafted with passion, shipped with care, and delivered with love. We want your experience with us to be as smooth and beautiful as our designs. Here’s everything you need to know before placing your order.
Shipping Made Simple
We offer free shipping across India, no matter the payment method — prepaid or COD. For customers outside India, we ship to over 220 destinations worldwide. Shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order and are calculated and displayed during checkout.
Customs and Duties for International Orders
If you're ordering from outside India, please note that your country may charge additional import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid separately at the time of delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office to avoid surprises. Please note that once an international order is shipped, we do not accept returns or cancellations. If duties go unpaid and the parcel is refused, refunds and exchanges will not be possible.
Order Timelines
Every Achrangi piece is handcrafted to perfection. Please allow 7 to 10 working days for Delivery, whether the order is domestic or international. During festive seasons, sales, or due to unforeseen issues like public holidays or logistics delays, dispatches may take slightly longer. We’ll notify you of any delays via email or phone.
Guidelines for Receiving Your Order
To ensure a smooth resolution in case of any issues with your delivery, we kindly ask you to take a timestamped unboxing video and clear photos within 48 hours of receiving your package. If the parcel appears damaged or tampered with, please refuse to accept it and record a video. Send us the images and your order number by email so we can take it up with our delivery partner.
Order Processing and Tracking
Once your order is confirmed, it goes through a quality check and careful packaging process. After dispatch, you’ll receive a unique tracking link by SMS and email. You can use this to track your parcel on the courier partner’s website. We partner with trusted courier services like Bluedart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, DHL, Aramex, and others to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Payment Options
We support a wide range of payment methods for your convenience.
For Indian customers, you can pay via UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, eWallets, and we also offer Cash on Delivery (for orders up to ₹10,000).
For international customers, all orders are prepaid. We accept major cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as trusted gateways like PayPal and PayU.
Cancellations
Changed your mind? No worries. Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of placing them. Just email us at info@achrangi.com (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 6 PM).
Credit Note Usage
If you receive a credit note from us, it will be sent to your registered email ID. You can use it only once on our official website, and it will be valid for 9 months from the date of issue.
