Shipping Made Simple

We offer free shipping across India, no matter the payment method — prepaid or COD. For customers outside India, we ship to over 220 destinations worldwide. Shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order and are calculated and displayed during checkout.

Customs and Duties for International Orders

If you're ordering from outside India, please note that your country may charge additional import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid separately at the time of delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office to avoid surprises. Please note that once an international order is shipped, we do not accept returns or cancellations. If duties go unpaid and the parcel is refused, refunds and exchanges will not be possible.

Order Timelines

Every Achrangi piece is handcrafted to perfection. Please allow 7 to 10 working days for Delivery, whether the order is domestic or international. During festive seasons, sales, or due to unforeseen issues like public holidays or logistics delays, dispatches may take slightly longer. We’ll notify you of any delays via email or phone.

Guidelines for Receiving Your Order

To ensure a smooth resolution in case of any issues with your delivery, we kindly ask you to take a timestamped unboxing video and clear photos within 48 hours of receiving your package. If the parcel appears damaged or tampered with, please refuse to accept it and record a video. Send us the images and your order number by email so we can take it up with our delivery partner.

Order Processing and Tracking

Once your order is confirmed, it goes through a quality check and careful packaging process. After dispatch, you’ll receive a unique tracking link by SMS and email. You can use this to track your parcel on the courier partner’s website. We partner with trusted courier services like Bluedart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, DHL, Aramex, and others to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Payment Options

We support a wide range of payment methods for your convenience.
For Indian customers, you can pay via UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, eWallets, and we also offer Cash on Delivery (for orders up to ₹10,000).
For international customers, all orders are prepaid. We accept major cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as trusted gateways like PayPal and PayU.

Cancellations

Changed your mind? No worries. Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of placing them. Just email us at info@achrangi.com  (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 6 PM).

Credit Note Usage

If you receive a credit note from us, it will be sent to your registered email ID. You can use it only once on our official website, and it will be valid for 9 months from the date of issue.

Cancellation, Exchange & Refund Policy – Achrangi

We take great care in handcrafting every product at Achrangi, ensuring it meets the highest quality standards before reaching you. Please read the following policies carefully to understand how cancellations, exchanges, and refunds are handled.

Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes sizes might not match perfectly. That’s why we offer a hassle-free exchange process for eligible products within India.

Eligibility for Exchange

• Available for domestic orders only (within India).

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with tags intact and in original packaging.

• Bags, home décor, and jewelry are not eligible for exchange unless there's a manufacturing defect.

• Color or fabric texture variations will not be considered valid reasons for exchange.

Exchange Request Process

1. Reach out within 24–48 hours of receiving your order at info@achrangi.com (Mon–Sat, 10AM–6PM).

2. A processing fee of ₹300 per product applies. Once paid, please share the screenshot via email.

3. You may also choose to self-ship the product. In that case, we will provide the return address and instructions. Kindly share tracking details after dispatch.

4. After receiving the item, our team will conduct a quality check. If everything’s in order, your exchange will be delivered 7–10 working days.

5. Only one exchange per order is allowed. If the desired size is unavailable, we’ll issue a credit note valid for 90 days.

Cancellation Policy

We allow cancellations, but only within a limited time window to ensure timely production and dispatch.

Customer-Initiated Cancellations

• You can cancel a prepaid or COD order within 48 hours of placing it.

• For prepaid orders, we offer a credit note or you may choose a different item of equal value.

• To request a cancellation, email info@achrangi.com or call us during working hours.

Achrangi-Initiated Cancellations

• We reserve the right to cancel an order due to:

  • Stock unavailability

  • Incorrect product listing

  • Payment verification issues

  • Suspected fraud or system errors

• In such cases, a full refund will be issued for prepaid orders and a cancellation notification will be sent via email.

Cancellation Charges

• If you cancel a prepaid order, payment gateway fees (2–3%) will be deducted from your refund or credit note.

• The Refund amount will be credited with in 7-10 Days working days

Refund Policy

As all our pieces are made-to-order and handcrafted with care, we do not offer returns or refunds after delivery.

• All purchases are final.

• Sale items or discounted products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

• Refunds are only applicable in cases where Achrangi cancels the order or in rare cases of manufacturing defects (upon verification).

Credit Notes

• Issued credit notes will be sent to your registered email.

• They are valid for 90 days from the date of issue.

• Can only be used on our official website www.achrangi.com.
